As an expectant or new KP parent, I want an easy way to find answers to my maternity related questions to educate and empower myself and family.

User Story 2: Guided & Personalized

As a newly pregnant person, I want KP to acknowledge my pregnancy and point me towards available digital tools so that I feel seen and can begin to take advantage of the KP maternity experience that has been personalized for me.

MOBILE First design considerations:

70% of KP members use their mobile phones to access their account to plan their health care, research their chronic conditions, and network with their care teams. This means that a mobile first approach is warranted when designing this new pregnancy hub.

PREGNANCY HUB:

Initial development of this new hub stemmed from existing Design Systems components that are already being used in the Diabetes hub. New components unique to Maternity was explored in this phase of the project.
