As part of Kaiser Permanente’s Manage My Health Conditions team, I helped with the strategy, planning, user testing and rapid prototyping of a new personalized and guided Pregnancy Hub. Helped brainstorm and develop the key components that would elevate the current Maternity Hub, fostering greater user retention and connection with KP’s network of doctors and facilities. Volunteered to be a part of the Covid 19 Rapid Response Team; helping with the implementation of new design direction as Covid 19 vaccines became more available to the mass public.

Lead UX Designer within the Customer Interaction & Engagement team; Leading the UX/UI Design efforts for the future state of PayPal’s Engagement Center Experiences from customer discovery, human centered design & disruptive technology solutions. Taslked with research, development, lo and hi-fi wireframes and rapid prototype creation of the future state platform PayPal call agents (Teammates) will interact with when servicing PayPal customers. I contribed within a global team of product managers, ~50 engineers and Design Strategy teams to build the next generation of agent experiences with AI & machine learning. Towards the end, our team engaged with industry leading vendors, operations & execution partners to align on priorities & design initiatives for the discussion of build vs buy for our platform needs.

One month contract position where I helped Comrade develop an in-house app that helped them grow their brand and allow them to better leverage their network. This meant lo-fi wireframes and user flows that ran in parallel with their existing journey map, cross-referenced through user testing, to build a hi-fi prototype to meet company needs.

Balanced a team of UX, Strategy, and graphic designers, to help SC Johnson launch their existing Raid brand into the Asian market. This meant a very intense research phase where our team lived with host families to see what their day to day struggles were when dealing with pest control. In the end, we delivered a robust product list that helped identify culturally appropriate products that would be sustainable in the Asian marketplace.
